NEWS ALERT: Jessica Eskeland Joins DB Team!

Experienced, 13-year professional will bring depth and talent while helping to manage firm’s growing lobbying and public affairs clients.

Dennehy & Bouley, New Hampshire’s first bi-partisan lobbying, public affairs, and association management firm, announced the addition of Jessica Eskeland to their team.

Jessica has gained a wide array of experience by serving in numerous State House roles beginning as a committee staff person in the New Hampshire Senate.  She became a Journal Clerk in the New Hampshire Senate Clerk’s office, served as the Public Information Officer for the Secretary of State during the 100th First in the Nation Primary in 2020, and concluded her work in the State House as the Director of Public Policy for the State Senate Democratic Caucus.

She has an accomplished resume outside the State House as well.  For six years, Jessica served as the Public Policy Specialist for the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.  Most recently, she was the Senior Public Policy Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association in New Hampshire.

Through her extensive experience, Jessica has grown intimately familiar with the legislative process while having worked closely with state legislators, community leaders, and advocacy organizations throughout the state.

Jessica was recognized with the prestigious 40 Under Forty award in 2017 honoring her as an outstanding Granite Stater making a difference for her community and profession.  She is also a graduate of the inaugural class of the New Leaders Council in New Hampshire which “equips proximate leaders with critical transferrable skills, knowledge, and a network that empowers them to be leaders in their fields and engaged members of their communities.”

Jessica is a proud, twelfth generation Granite Stater living in Concord.

In making the announcement, Jim Bouley said, “I’ve worked with Jess for many years and her skillful approach to important policy issues in the State House is a tremendous asset to the public square.  We are excited to have her as part of our team.”

Mike Dennehy added, “Jessica is one of the rare talents in the public affairs industry.  We are fortunate to have her join the Dennehy & Bouley team as we continue to grow and produce excellent results for our clients.”

In joining the team, Eskeland stated, “I have long admired Dennehy & Bouley’s strategic and bipartisan approach to their work, and I am thrilled to join the team in furtherance of that dynamic.”
